At Golpo.xyz, we are committed to delivering quality books to our readers. We understand that issues may occasionally arise, and we aim to resolve them promptly. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

🔄 Return Eligibility

We do not accept returns based on a change of mind. Once a customer places an order with full intention and receives the product in good condition, the sale is considered final.

However, returns or replacements are accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Wrong Product Delivered – If you receive a book that is not what you ordered.

  2. Defective or Damaged Product – If the product is received in a damaged condition due to our packaging or handling error.

📦 Return Process

If your order meets the return conditions, please follow the steps below:

  1. Notify us via our website or social media within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Provide a clear photo of the defect or wrong item received.

  3. After review and approval, we will guide you through the return process.

Return Timeline:
Returns must be sent back within 7 days from the date of delivery. The full return process may take up to 1 week from the date we receive the returned book.

🔁 Replacement Policy

If the product was defective or damaged, we will:

  • Replace the product with a fresh copy (subject to availability), or

  • Offer a refund if the product is out of stock.

💵 Refund Process

Refunds are issued only after we receive the returned book and verify its condition.
Refunds are made through BKash to the customer’s mobile wallet.
Please allow 3–5 business days after return confirmation for the refund to be processed.

❗ Important Notes

  • The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • We reserve the right to deny any return if the product appears to have been misused or damaged after delivery.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
